Thomas Alva Edison said, “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. I know all about the perspiration, but when I find myself stuck with “idea-block”, I turn to Mindy Wallis for inspiration. Mindy is uniquely talented – a true ideas person. Several years ago when I interviewed Mindy for a position on IREM’s education team, I asked if she had any questions. Mindy solved the Institute’s content strategy issue in about 10 minutes. Although it took time to implement, Mindy’s ideas helped shape the program. But she didn’t stop there – always looking forward, Mindy continues to guide the team toward the next big idea.
Mindy knows what it trending 5 minutes from now – she is your partner in prognostication! With a background as a librarian, Mindy is an expert researcher so if some her ideas feel far-fetched, I trust they have a solid foundation. Mindy is very intuitive and hones in on who you are – so her ideas are truly customized for you. After I was laid-off, Mindy sent me a series of emails that said, “You could do this.” After acting on some of Mindy’s suggestions, I found immediate success. She will arm you with the inspiration you need, it’s up to you whether and how you use it.
Mindy is a valuable member of my personal and work teams. She is the first person I think to call when I hear someone needs to kick start a project or augment a program. Let Mindy be your inspiration – you will be very glad you did.
